Document Author

From the Search page, you can use the Document Author field to search for all documents and divisions of documents written by a specific author or authors.

There are two ways in which search terms can be entered into the Document Author field. You can:

• browse a list of authors from which you can select full author names to transfer back to the search box.

• type your search terms directly into the Document Author search box. Search terms may consist of either single words or phrases which either partly or wholly compose an author's name.

When searching in the Document Author field, you can use truncation to retrieve documents written by various authors. If you choose to search for more than one term, you can also combine them using Boolean and proximity searching.
