Truncation searching allows you to retrieve documents or divisions containing variations on a search term. To execute a truncation search, type the first few letters (stem) of the keyword followed by an asterisk (*).

This search would retrieve matches for all documents containing the words: oratorem, oratoriam, orationem, oratione, orationis, orationibus.
When executing a phrase truncation search, only the final word in the phrase can be truncated.

This search would retrieve matches for all documents containing the phrases: in operibus sanctorum, in operibus sanctis, in operibus sanctificationis, in operibus sanctitatis.
